For the launch year, every client receives founder pricing across injectors, leadership, clinical, sales, and operations roles.

After Year 1 - Standard

Standard med spa roles

20% of first-year base salary

Estheticians, laser techs, treatment coordinators, sales consultants, and similar in-market roles.

Why are there two pricing models?

Remote support is an operations and staffing product, so it is a flat fee. Local clinical recruiting is specialized sourcing, so it is a percentage of first-year compensation.

Why is remote support more than a normal VA placement?

Because the role is scoped to med spas: clinic workflows, patient communication standards, scheduling, lead follow up, CRM work, and optional workflow setup.

Can ScrubOps find local injectors too?

Yes. Local injectors and other clinical providers are handled through Lane 02 as specialized in-market recruiting searches.

What if the hire does not work out?

A replacement guarantee is included in every client agreement. The exact period is written into the service terms before kickoff.

Do local recruiting percentages include bonuses or commission?

The public pricing shown here applies to first-year base salary. Any variable compensation treatment is handled in the client agreement before the search begins.
