Website information
The content on this website is provided for general business information about ScrubOps services. It is not legal, medical, clinical, tax, compliance, or employment advice.
No service relationship from website use
Submitting a form, sending an email, or scheduling a call does not create a client, candidate, employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship unless and until a separate written agreement is signed.
Service agreements
Staffing placements, recruiting searches, guarantees, payment terms, candidate ownership, confidentiality obligations, and implementation details are controlled by the applicable written agreement, not by website copy alone.
Candidate and role information
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to ScrubOps is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, protected health, or candidate information unless it is appropriate and authorized for the requested business purpose.
Compliance responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for their own legal, clinical, employment, privacy, compensation, credentialing, and licensing obligations. ScrubOps may support role scoping and recruiting operations, but does not replace client responsibility for compliance decisions.

The website, brand, copy, graphics, layouts, and other content are owned by ScrubOps or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
